Limited seating doesn't stop guests from putting their names on the waiting list. The decor is characterized by dark woods and dim lights. There are five top-grade steaks on the menu, from Filet Mignon to Porterhouse au Poivre. You will also find a selection of seafood, chicken and pork. A huge meal here should cost less than $20. There is also a bar in the back.

GREAT SERVICE-THE BARTENDER IS GREAT! SHE MADE THE WAIT GO BY FAST! – THE FOOD AND SERVICE AT JAKS IS GREAT! Best Steak in Seattle – Best steak in Seattle. The skewers are to die for. They cook a little on the rare side at this place, but they usually warn you before you order. The potatoe pancakes are a work of art. I dream about them! You won't be sad that you had a special dinner at Jaks with a loved one. Or spent the money for the delectable treats they offer. all good except that tall dude – I had a wonderful dinner the other night. Sat at the bar with a couple friends. Had the pork medallions. The bartender was cool, i think her name is Leslie. The only thing i found weird was the open kitchen. Where i am into the open kitchen as an idea i was distracted by the tall chef with the ear piece yelling alot. Why so angry dude. Other than that is was awesome...i know it's a steak house but try the pork medallions. Yum.
very good steak,and good wine selection – food is good, i love their beef steak. Their wine is excellent but very expensive.it is a good place to bring your date to and service is excellent
Even brunch is great!! – My husband and I have only recently moved to the West Seattle neighborhood and one of the first places we were told to go was Jak's. Best Hamburger Ok Steaks – Great Service, Long waits on busy nights, no reservations. The hamburgers are excellent. They need a good IPA on tap.
Finally Real Service to Go with the Real Food..... check this out! – We go out all the time..... I dont care what a place has on the menu . Most times I get whats good there anyway. Great Atmosphere and Food! – I have been in about 4 times, everytime i get seated very fast. Even when it's busy! The Chefs have really got the cooking of the food down to an art. The only thing I dont like is the salad Dressing. Small complaint it is very lacking in taste. But, Steaks are always cooked to perfection.....Will recommend and be back!!
JaKs Remains Best in Town – Interesting. My wife and I went out on a date night from the kids and had a great meal and overall experience at JaKs (W. Seattle) as anticipated.
