Still waitimg for Sussex police to contact me. Avoid these crooks at all costs. See my reviews to see I'm legit. These morons didn't turn up for a house move, didn't call and didn't apologise. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! Very simple - stay away from JAK Removals of Eastbourne. My girlfriend booked removal service from them on Sat 11th Nov, 2023. AVOID AT ALL COST! Very simple - stay away from JAK Removals of Eastbourne. My girlfriend booked removal service from them on Sat 11th Nov, 2023. Price was competitive and it was a small job- Transit van full moving furniture into storage 2 miles down the road. Booked in with JAK, we phoned 4 days before move to confirm and again day before to confirm and were told "100% we will see you between 9 and 9.30am.. ON THE DAY??? No show. No contact from them. Amazing service from the crew at JAK! The slogan on their van says "If it can be moved we'll move it". So we gave them a challenge to move our entire hobby shop in a day. These guys really can move anything and everything! A well organised friendly, happy team that really know what they're doing and work well together. We would definitely recommend them but don't intend to be moving our shop again for a loooonng time!
