I had countless years of mostly mild but annoying shoulder and neck pain, in part caused by playing lots of badminton. Occasionally this would flare up into more severe discomfort. Eventually I decided to do something about it and began a course of treatment with Jaime. Through massage, manipulation and a programme of exercises I am now pain free. But I know where to turn should the issue come back at any point in the future. Thanks Jaime!

I decided to start seeing Jaime approximately 6 weeks ago when I knew I couldn't continue dealing with my shoulder pain. I had difficulty sleeping due the pain waking me up if I rolled over onto my shoulder and also struggled with simple tasks like putting a bra on (which my lovely partner had to help me with) or even scratching my back. I've been to Jaime a number of times over the last 7 year's. The diagnosis of my issue's have always been correct. The help and support offered is second to none. Jaime puts in so much time and effort to help you back to fitness and achieve your goals. Jaime has a wealth of knowledge which she has worked at over the year's to gain.
