Michael, the sales rep I was in contact with, was extremely helpful and tried to assist me the best that he could, but his manager left a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership. While negotiating the price, I made a final offer that was exactly what KBB said the vehicle was worth and while stretching my original budget, was what I could afford. Car was pending sale by the time I contacted the dealer. The reply was within a day & was very professional & courteous. He got back to me after the sale went thru & told me he would look out for similar vehicles for me. Very helpful
