At the dealership, I worked with Olivia Marshall, who was as kind and thoughtful as they come. Wonderful experience, and I will refer my friends, which is the greatest compliment to a dealership a person could offer.
Rachel and 'Mikey' in Sales, along with Kallena in Finance, were very kind, focused, and took time to get the negotiation done smoothly and efficiently. They should be commended for their customer service! I would do business with this establishment again in the future. Thank you!
Very plight and professional
This was a most pleasant experience. Delightful people to deal with. No pressure. Did buy car. Would definitely recommend this dealership. David and Ratchel were both the best. I give them a rating of 5.
I didn't end up getting a Jaguar but it was nice that they kept checking to see what I needed and immediately stopped trying to bug me when I said I changed my mind.
