Great communication
I told the sales rep my wife and I we would come in this weekend and the games began. The car went from available to pending sale in order to create a fear of loss. We’re interested in the car but will not do business with this dealership

Terrible! Wasted my time! Take your business elsewhere! The whole experience was just so fishy and felt very unethical. Poor customer service experience and one of the worst dealership experience to date!! If anyone is in the market for a car, please be warned! While on my way driving in traffic to the appointment, I was told the car is being offered by another and wanted to let us know in advance. Their website is a joke. The person or bot operating the chat window kept demanding my name. The salesman that called me did not care when I told him about the chat on their website. Only wanted to sell me a truck that was 9k over fair market price. Dumb and rude. Should have paid more attention to other reviews about this place. They seem to all have the same theme. Glad I did not spend any money there.
