I had a rough experience buying my Evoque, but getting it serviced was an amazing experience. Mike was super helpful and ensured my car was ready on time.

My service rep is always pleasant..but the loaner car I received was clean on the outside dirty on the inside, it had chocolate on the front passenger seat, backseat,and floor of the backseats. Also, my car is still not idling correctly!
