So I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad, most of the time. This is different. Richia and I purchased a new Land Rover approximately 5 months ago from Bob Moore in Edmond. So after 3 months in the shop and multiple service issues we traded it in today. To keep it short, never purchase a vehicle at Bob Moore Land Rover, nor purchase a Land Rover in general. Very can do people in the service department! They fixed me up 2 different times. Gotta love a Land Rover♥️
Recently had my car in for service and to have my bumper repaired. When I picked my car up the service light was still on and I had a low tire light on. Plus for the second time my bumper was not fixed properly. I was told someone would come to my home to fix the bumper but won’t hold my breath since they said that the last time they repaired it wrong.
RecommendedAlthough we visited the lot on a Sunday because the dealership was closed it sure had a lot of beautiful vehicles. Looking at getting a new vehicle soon
Terrible service people. They were extremely rude. When I brought my Land Rover in for a service bulletin to be fixed they couldn’t give me a loaner because I’m not 21 just yet but when I called they said it’s fine as long as I’m the owner of the car. I drove an hour to the dealership just to have to leave.
The service agent didn’t listen to the issues and concerns. Tried to sale me a brake job at 28 k miles on my Range Rover. Took it to a local mechanic to have it checked. He laughed. 2 miles down the road the check lights came on.
Paid for overpriced oil change and inspection.. this is air box and filter. After then changing oil and filter but, forgot filter..
Showed up, looked around. Staff acted as if I didn’t even exist.
