I had the bad luck of buying a Discovery Sport that ended up being a lemon. Mike Nguyen is my service adviser at Land Rover of OKC and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Mike kept me informed and showed a lot of patience when I was frustrated with the situation. He would call and let me know what was happening with my car and helped me make contact with the right people at the dealership who in turn had my back during the negotiations with the corporate office.
recently had a flat tire worked on- in and out with no fuss- professional and courteous just like every other service visit with our Landrover !
