Purchased pre-owned here. Sales experience wasn't great. Told me to come back after accepting my offer, and they made me wait over an hour to begin paperwork. . Next day I found the car wasn't cleaned properly after previous owner. Dog hair in every crack and crevice. Needed to have the car detailed on my own. My previous purchase was from Mercedes of OKC and my sales associate checked in with me so often to see how everything was with my car. I haven't heard from these guys once.
