I don’t recommend Land Rover. It took forever to settle the paper work
This makes the 3rd time my daughters Land Rover has had repairs done to the motor with app 100,000 miles. I over $10,000 in out of pocket expenses so far that weren’t cover under warranty. I have a 2014 Toyota with 220,000 miles that has never had any repairs made to the motor. For a top name auto that Land Rover claims to be I am not impressed. Poor Quality and over priced parts and service!
Bought a Land Rover from Bob Moore and I love it! My engine light came on and I happen to be in okc so I called the service dept and they said bring it by. It only needed an update and it was great to get it fixed while I was in town, saved me 3 hours of extra drive time!
RecommendedMike (with the awesome tatts lol) in the service dept went above and beyond to help me out with my Maserati. I needed a routine maintenance, said it would be next week when it would be done. I told him we were travelling from Ark to Texas, he pushed my car up the line and had it ready for me the next morning. He called to tell me what I needed, asked me what I wanted done; which was amazing to me to not just do stuff without asking. We purchased a Range Rover Velar two weeks ago. The salesman Josh helped us with getting familiar before we drove off, & the paperwork was fast. I’ve already received my tag and Land Rover called to check in with how I was liking the Velar. Great customer service and I love my new car.
