I just wanted to say an absolutely huge thank you to Jaffas. I turned up on their doorstep after an emergency night, (for our much beloved cat who had broken their leg) at the vets having gone to my vets to find out all vets were sick and told you need to find another vet. Jill and her team literally scopped us up, took us in no hesitation and were so helpful. I qualified in the era of; no appointment required, no receptionist, and no mobile phones, so it was always a scene in reception with; lambs, calves, rabbits, cats, dogs, goat kids, guinea pigs, and budgies plotting their escape whilst waiting. The air was often thick with tension and bestial pheromones; clients needed a certain "grit" to see it through. Jaffa's is an amazing vets. Sarah and Pete are fantastic and really go the extra mile. My cat has been suffering for a long time from a chronic condition that has left many other vets scratching their heads, but Sarah and Pete went above and beyond to understand what was happening and set out a treatment plan, which is so far working well. The practice is also amazing, it is set up for cats to help keep them calm.
