Jacob and Hunts are brilliant estate agents, they helped us so much to get into our first rented flat and were so understanding since we had recently had our first baby. Couldn’t of had a better experience!

Matty has been great throughout my sale with keeping me posted regularly with any updates. Even after my sale fell through on exchange day, he was always very positive in getting another sale done quickly which thankfully happened soon after. It’s great to be using local estate agents and Matty is a real credit to the company.
Jacobs & Hunt provided a friendly, helpful and professional service in selling the property, from our first meeting, right through to completion. Everything from the property valuation, dealing with viewings and keeping us informed of progress with the sale exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a local property.
Excellent and friendly service. Particularly good at passing on questions to the vendors and passing back replies. The only slight gripe is that the post-sale viewings were always rushed...it felt like we were lower priority once a sale had been secured.
