I previously wrote a review of my negative experience of this estate agent (which resulted in me having to seek advice from the Property Ombudsman) but have received a threatening email from them, so have had to remove it. I’ve sold 5 properties in my life and this was the first time I have had a bad experience!
If you are a woman selling a house, DO NOT USE. I’ve sold 5 properties in my life and this was the first time I was badly treated by an estate agent. They were rude and misogynistic.
Jacob and Hunts are brilliant estate agents, they helped us so much to get into our first rented flat and were so understanding since we had recently had our first baby. Couldn’t of had a better experience!
Unethical, non- communicative- don’t use them if you have a choice. Complaint raised with Property Ombudsman
Matty has been great throughout my sale with keeping me posted regularly with any updates. Even after my sale fell through on exchange day, he was always very positive in getting another sale done quickly which thankfully happened soon after. It’s great to be using local estate agents and Matty is a real credit to the company.
