After missing 2 seasons through numerous injuries and seeing multiple Physios with no luck, I went to see Jacob and after just 2 sessions he helped identify the causes and help aid the recovery process massively. He’s provided a professional, yet friendly environment to help ease doubts about re injury and is always on hand to help out.
Jacob has been a massive help to my niggles and overworked body. With a background from the Royal Marines and now CrossFit my body has been worked very hard and injuries mostly ignored. Jacob is one of the only therapists who has really diagnosed the cause of my issues and helped rectify them rather than offering just a massage to mask the pain. Highly reccomended!
I went to see Jacob regarding severe pain in both my ears. Up until my visit, my GP prescribed me ear drops and a nasal steroid spray. Neither of these seemed to make the slightest difference. Jacob instantly recognised my symptoms and managed to relax my jaw muscles, which were unbelievably tight (something I would have never even noticed) thus resulting in the pressure being taken off my sinuses. Two days later I was completely pain free and able to hear just as normal. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
As an elite athlete my body needs to be in top condition at all times. Jacob has helped regularly keep my body in good condition to perform at my best and gives me plenty of self- treatment plans following sessions which is extremely helpful. I highly recommend him!
