The job was completed quickly and with very little hassle. The company rep was friendly and knowledgable. The work was completed within a week of the date of the estimate.
Mr. Applebaum is very knowledgeable about trees and his customer service skills are exceptional in today's business world. The work his team performed on our ever-expanding cherry tree transformed it from a huge and foreboding ?bush on a stick? to a work of art that now fits perfectly in front our town home.
Bob Applebaum was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything he was going to do and why. His crew was very professional and courteous. The completed the work on a timely basis and did an excellent job of cleanup. I had 3 bids on the job and Bob was the most reasonable and thorough.

Bob was great in terms of explaining what needed to be done and educating me. He was also very responsive in terms of returning calls. Of all the firms I contacted, Bob at Jackstraw was the person who spent the most time working with me on what needed to be done and even though it was all over the phone, I felt the most comfortable with him. His crew was excellent in terms of their professionalism and courteousness. They did a good job and were very efficient at what they did. Their cleanup efforts were excellent.
Jackstraw Inc. is about more than just having trees & shrubs trimmed and removed. It's like having a consultant who really cares about the trees and has the health of the trees as well as the look of the yard as priorities.
