Performance was excellent. Contracted with Jackstraw on Thursday and was out of town for the weekend. When I returned on Monday the tree had been trimmed and all debris had been removed. The job was completed as I had requested and in a timely manner. I would hire this contractor again
Jackstraw was great! The helped me with my tree and shrub projects. They gave great accurate to the penny estimates. They were supportive of my goals and educated me. I recommend them to anyone.
I contacted Bob on a Tuesday morning and he came by my house the same evening to look at the tree that needed trimming (I explained that I needed to have the tree pruned back from the house before exterior house painting could be started). Bob was very friendly and took the time to explain how he would prune the tree so that it remained healthy (my primary concern) and looked good. I am very pleased with the pruning job Jackstraw did on my apple tree. It looks beautiful...like a tree versus a bush. I would definitely hire him again.
I was very happy with the service form Robert Applebaum (Jackstraw.) I had a tree next to my townhouse that was encroaching on my property and needed to be trimmed and thinned a bit on the bottom. Robert offered a good price. I was impressed with his knowledgeable suggestions and he provided the estimate that same weekend and had the work done within the next weeks as promised. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
