I am very pleased with the work done. While I was told by another (tree removing) company to remove a tree since it seemed to be almost dead, Bob felt that it could be saved and hence recommended just pruning it. He did save a tree and we will continue to enjoy it in our backyard. The only point that I'd like to make is that a written quote will serve better both parties. I'll use Bob's crew again and will have no hesitation recommending them. Thanks to you Bob and to your crew.
Excellent work with reasonable price. It might be more clear to get a written estimate instead of via telephone.

Bob is a true professional, very knowledgeable and interested in providing the best possible service. He views his tree trimming as an art, and he charges about the same as less skilled tree services.
Great on the phone, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I did not need to take time off from work for any phase of the project. His work was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Little evidence he was there except beautifully trimmed out trees and our problem tree was removed.
Jackstraw did a great job on our trees; he did what he side he would do and even took the time to explain why he did what he did. All the debris was cleaned up, honestly we had no idea he had been there until we got the not on the mailbox that evening and looked at the trees, because the yard was so clean. While the company was a little more expensive than I was hoping to pay, I felt that the job they performed was well worth the extra expense. They trimmed the tree in the back yard of my town home and the tree looks fabulous and fits the yard and the town house much better than before. This company really cares about the quality of work and the final condition that tree will be in.
I enjoyed working with Bob and his crew - they were awesome, friendly and helpful.
