So easy to deal with Jackstraw - they came out, did an estimate, trimmed the tree, cleaned up, and mailed the bill. No hassle for me at all. I would definitely use them again.

The communication was a bit choppy or my project. The service was OK. The cost was below what the other contractors proposed, but it was still too much for a small project. JackStraw is a small company, and they will try their best to earn a business. I'd recommend you take an estimate for your landscaping projects from JackStraw.

Bob , besides being very knowledgeable and professional, obviously love trees and caring for them. I also appreciated the information he have me on how to maintain the tree going forward. Most of all, his price was very reasonable and appropriate for the size of the job.
Good job including the clean-up! Takes time to understand needs and preparing estimate. Concerned about the trees appearence and health both now and in the future.
JackStraw was GREAT! The crew came on time, were very efficient, did a BEAUTIFUL job pruning and trimming 3 large trees around my house, and cleaned up everything. They paid attention to detail and took the time to answer my questions. They trimmed large branches away from the roof while maintaining the tree's beautiful shape, instead simply hacking it back (like I've had done in the past). The price was comparable or LOWER than my other estimates. I would highly recommend JackStraw - they know what they are doing!

I received an estimate the next day. After checking around, I decided to go with Jackstraw, Inc. I have received several compliments and have referred my neighbors to Jackstraw. It's a relief not to worry about the branches crashing through the windows during a storm.
