They were polite and professional. The project was completed the same day, which I doubted could be done.

There was a lack of communication on both of our parts. However the general manager did come and provide a few answers and was willing to fix the issue which helped
Excellent people to work with and they know what they are doing. I had a large job done and it went great. They helped me preserve my trees and probably saved my house. From the estimate through the rigging and cutting to the cleanup, you can see that they are professional and care about doing it right. They transformed my outdoor space!

We had a tree removed as well as pruning of 2 trees. The estimate was less than other quotes we received. The service was exceptional. The crew arrived on time., did excellent work, and cleaned up well before leaving. We would certainily use them again.
After a string of bad experiences, Jackstraw restored my hope. From the owner of the company to the team lead to the guy who swept up the branches at project's end, everyone was pleasant to deal with and focused on the task at hand.
