RecommendedI called around 10:00 am and requested an afternoon appointment. Was able to get one for 3:00 and had a great experience My Heidi and I were both a bit stressed but the Dr made us feel comfortable right away. I thought she would need xrays but the Dr suggested trying cough medicine before going that route. After three days the cough is gone and Heidi is back to her normal self! Will not hesitate to take her back and to recommend JVH to anyone looking for vet services!
Convenient location, wonderful staff, fair prices ... we love this place! Everyone is friendly and nice and we’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. Thai is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!!

my family has gone to Jacksonville vet hospital for about 30 years. we love the care they give our fur babies and the time they give us as their human parents. wouldn't go anyplace else.

Dr. Larson was very thorough with examining my German Shepherd to get to the root of the problem.
Staff and Drs. are super friendly not only to the fur babies but to Mommies and Daddies too. We had what we thought at the time was an emergency where we thought our little Bichon had earen one of Grandma's pills. They took her back right away and shortly after that, Dr. Gough came out to explain what was going on. It turned out to be a false alarm but they did everything they could possibly do to make sure my baby was okay!!
