Our visit the first time as a new puppy was a great experience. They were kind and gentle. Gave him all his shots and set an appointment up for the next shot. Very pleased. Would send my friends to them.

I bring my dogs to Dr. Thai and Dr. Larson at Jacksonville and they are fantastic. They listen to my concerns and explain everything very clearly. The staff here is great, there’s a nice wide open waiting area so I can sit on one end with my squirrelly little dog, and everyone is nice and helpful.
I recently boarded both my dogs here. I cannot say enough good about the entire staff! They went above and beyond. One of my dogs has cancer and needs some special care. They were on top of it and also eased my mind when I called repeatedly to check on them. Great communication, genuinely caring and responsible staff!! Highly recommend!
