RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about this place. From the level of care, to their willingness to work through any financial situation, to their overall love for animals, I can’t imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else ever again. I even have a “problem child” husky that other vets muzzle, struggle to control, etc that Jacksonville SAVED with simple compassion and flexibility. Now with COVID, they have the BEST practices to keep everyone safe but still get top quality care for your pets. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
We have a 141/2 yr old lab! Every time we take her in either for routine or for an issue everyone has always been thorough , kind and given excellent care and follow up. Yesterday it was Dr Lynch who took care of a growth on her ear. He thoroughly explained the procedure and her after care. Today , she is back to her carefree, happy self ! I have been happy with all 4 of the vets who hv seen Sunny in the last few yrs. And the staff is th e best!
My cat is 13 with kidney disease. She received a physical and vaccines with blood work to insure her kidney status was stable for dental cleaning . After the visit I spoke to her vet and all questions answered. Several hours later a follow up call was received with a clear explanation of the blood work results and Kitty’s currant kidney status which cleared her to safety have her dental care. It was time for my 2 cat’s yearly check at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital. I was very impressed by how hard they’re working to protect everyone during the pandemic! When I arrived with my cats, a tech wearing a mask came out to pick them up, took them in for their visit and brought them out to the car when they were through. Thank you for your care!♥️
I have been a client of JAX veterinary hospital for 28 years. The staff is amazing, accommodating and you just know that they love your pet....even if one was a little grouchy. 😊
I like Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital because the people there are very down-to-earth. Animals are appreciated as animals and not as some chance to play with neat tech toys. I find the staff very trustworthy.
We love the staff and Dr. Burke takes great care of our Whippet. They treated my dog for a difficult laceration and he healed beautifully. I enjoy the curb side service for nail trims and easy things. I highly recommend Jacksonville Veterinary.
The staff is very dedicated and they love animals. This is a great place to board and Riley loves to visit.
I had a very sick cat that Jacksonville had never seen. They set up an appointment that day and were so responsive throughout the day on the cat's status. Even called the next day. Just wonderful!
