I've been coming here since my first pet, so a little over 10 years. My animals and I have always been treated with the upmost respect and have ONLY gotten the BEST and most professional veterinary care. I don't care how far away you live from Jacksonville. If you aren't already going here, switch vets. You will not be let down. The clinic itself is very well maintained, clean, safe and presentable. We switched to JVH about two years ago and have been very pleased. The entire staff is very attentive and caring. With 3 big dogs, two that are seniors and 1 reckless pup, we have lots of reasons to visit :) They have been great every time.
Love how kind the employees are so willing to help all animals. And give great advice!
I had a terrible experience with Jacksonville Vet Hospital. Took my tiny Maltese, to see why she had lost so much weight. Dr Miller decided my dog needed her teeth cleaned and some teeth extracted. Picked her up after and they had pulled 11 teeth. My dog never recovered and ended up having seizures. We took her to PetER where she stayed for 4 days. She never recovered and died during the nite. Very sad, she wouldn't have died if Jacksonville hadn't been negligent by putting her under anesthesia and doing major surgery on a d... read more
Had my puppy Bentley neutered here. I just wanna say how happy I was from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Holly was especially helpful! I was a little nervous about the surgery and Holly kept sending me messages telling me how everything was going! Above and beyond! I won't hesitate bringing my dog back!!!! I even got a call from them today to see how he was doing!!
My family and I have been going here for over 35 years, Love all the Vets there. They are so compassionate. The gals at the front desk are awesome. Dr. Molder, Dr. Thai, Dr. Lynch. all of them are so kind. They sent me a lovely card as well when my sweet Crickett passed. I am in Pennsylvania and I drive 45 min to see them here. I do not trust anyone else with my 4 legged kids. :)
