The wait time to be seen for blood work is horrible especially with the pandemic going on. This should be a quick in and out job. Been here for over a hour and still waiting. *update. We have now been here for almost two hours. I’m sitting in the parking lot with my two kids. I have had to call into my job due to my husband not being seen yet. This is at the koke mill and old jack location.
Everyone is so very nice and helpful

Took my daughter in with a swollen face, yes we had to wait because they were busy, but it was out of there control, way for emergent things came that trumped us, but when we got in the back our nurse was super sweet, took her time with us and made us feel important, even though I’m sure she had other high priority patients to deal with! The wait didn’t both us, if it hadn’t been on a Saturday we wouldn’t have even went to the ER, would have done the correct channels and went to our doctor like you are suppose to do! Very go... read more

best psych unit ever. saved my life. I'd gladly go back any time the need arises....the initial section, lockdown...kinda sucks...no TV's when I was there...but with good behavior you can be moved to the open side, which is incredibly nice. good food, nice nurses and outstanding doctor's.
Mary Kay Reagan Sprinkle is a nurse that thinks blacks are but hurt and miserable. She is a nurse at Memorial Medical Center! I can imagine the treatment she gives to blacks, after all, she thinks we always want our way!

I am appauled at the racist, discriminatory microaggressive comments of your nursing staff, Mary Kay Reagan Sprinkle. I'd like to hope that her views are not representative of the Memorial Medical Center, but I'm just not sure especially with nurses like her on staff. The safety and health of POC patients are certainly at risk. Ready, Safe, Go? Well... she'll certainlu need to go.

MMC has greatly fallen in its care and advocacy of patients. I truly hope you recognize you’re downfalls to patient care, caregiver communication, healthcare team communication & advocacy all together & correct them. Once a highly trustworthy medical facility that is now nothing more than a machine to make money with zero regard to true patient care. May your families be treated in dignity elsewhere.
