I took my 9 year old on Sunday to the ER, the nursing staff made it so relaxing for my daughter who broke her arm, her nurse explained how they IV works and showed it to her, they even demonstrated how they will put the IV in her arm by putting an IV into another nurse. They made my little girl less stressed because of their dedication to their job!! Thank you!!
The staff are wonderful! Almost everywhere you turn someone is there wanting to know if you need help. When my daughter had surgery the liaisons are so prompt and willing to answer questions. They are also thorough in explaining what's going on. It's a very pleasant atmosphere.
I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the ER staff that took such good care of my little boy on Thursday. We brought him in due to having a high fever and he ended up having a seizure. The nurse in triage scooped him up and ran him to a room. While my son was being worked on, some of the other staff switched their concern to me. They brought me a chair and made sure they told me what was going on. I am proud to have such wonderful people working in Jacksonville. Thanks so very much again.
I would like to say Kudos to the staff in the ambulatory surgery area. I was very impressed all the staff was very friendly and professional. They all went above and beyond so happy to see that they are putting the patient first instead of all the insane paperwork!! Thank you all for your hard work it was much appreciated!!!Great job everyone!!!!
Good doctors and they have a nice bedside manner. They were switching to electronic systems so it was a very long wait. It was very frustrating.
