Beds are very uncomfortable, pillows are flat, curtains are hanging partly off of hooks so they won't close all the way and bedside table was dirty inside the drawer with coffee stains!
I lost my father. The staff in ICU were amazing! Dr. Hallam is a God send! They let us know what exactly was going to happen, what they were doing & going to do! The made us comfortable! Anything we needed. The minister even got a priest to come give my dad his last rights! Thank you Passavant, Doctors, nurses, staff, ministry for this journey!!! We will never forget your kindness!!!
This was my second experience with the Nuclear Med staff. I had a Sentinal Node Scan and yesterday a Muga Scan. Sandy was caring and friendly. She explained everything and then talked me through both procedures. The node was before my mastectomy and it's not a very comfortable test but she was Great. There was a gentleman that was very nice and explained things also. He actually explained what they were going to do when he called to change my time. Was sent here from springfield clinic prompt care which had told me i may have had a blood clot.. i walked in passavant dr. Susan allen Diagnosed me in 10 min. Without having to do any unnecessary expensive tests.. was in and out within 35 min...
Passavant is a great place to work! The administration are caring people. Everyone cares,not only about the patients but work as a team to give the patient a good experience.
I had to get an iv with fluids. They were great in the outpatient clinic. They took great care of me and was a very comfortable room.
