This has become nothing more than a bandaid station. The wait time to be seen at the ER is ridiculous. I understand Triage and the importance of seeing patients due to seriousness of sickness/injury yet I can't remember the last time a wait to be seen was under 4 hours, even when I nobody else was in the waiting room. Get it together. Hire more staff and better staff.

Horrible experience I went there a little over a year ago for extreme back pain I could barley walk it hurt so bad. After waiting what felt like ages I finally get in they take a. X-ray and after hours upon hours waiting they told me there was nothing wrong with my back besides I had a UTI. They prescribed me medication for that. Which during and after taking that my back still hurt extremely bad. So I believe that was not the case. fast forward to over a year later several doctors later... Terrible experience, rude, grouchy ER nurses. Lets not forget why you have jobs, patients should be a priority.

We have always had positive experiences at Passavant Area Hospital! Today, I had two procedures and everyone from the volunteers to the nurses and Doctors were respectful, very encouraging and professional. Before I got home, I had a follow up call waiting for me.
