Contacted Wayne at Jacksons Roofing regarding a leak on a flat roof over my front door, causing water ingress into my house. As soon as I contacted Wayne, he arranged to inspect the job, and he arrived promptly with what we agreed. Talked my through what the issue was, how torectify, and provided the price to complete the job. Needed guttering redoing after a bad job by an out of town company. Wayne and his lads replaced the previous material with new quality guttering & fascia’s, worked really hard to get the guttering up quickly and professionally, re-routed the downpipe to cut out a blockage point. Guttering worked perfectly straight away, no leaks & looks great. Reliable, fair price and a nice guy, has checked a couple of times since the job was done that all is completely satisfactory. Fully recommended.
Had some slates off the roof and some broken guttering following a storm. Rang Jackson’s they arrived within 10 mins of my phone call to assess the job, and completed everything in a couple of hours within the week. Excellent job done and very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
I phoned (it wasn't urgent) and from me walking into the kitchen and back into the livingroom he was outside .. said not to worry it's not a big job .. and be back tomorrow to look properly . I can't believe how quick he arrived it's unreal . Update he turned up as arranged ( wasn't expecting as been let down by so many tradesman in the past ) but him and another guy had the job done within 20 minutes .. You couldn't get more respectful guys and I'd definitely not go anywhere else if ( God forbid ) I need roofers .
Done a really good job and stopped the leaking and works very quick very pleased with everything
