Let me tell you a story… The service from Jacksons Recovery was superb. Following a gearbox issues with my Ford Ranger, the AA called Jacksons for the vehicle recovery, their Driver Sam arrived at the time stated and gave me a pre call to keep me posted on his progress. Unfortunately the tow truck had a winch issue and out came and colleague Dan arrived to assist. Arrived home safely thanks to the Jacksons team. After the AA left myself and wife stranded for 5 hours on the duel carriageway with ever changing excuses, the Police stepped in and within half an hour, Jacksons recovery turned up. My motorhome and trailer were swiftly loaded, carefully and effectively. Overall their communication has been excellent, honest and accurate first time and they have been very professional. Big mention to Ashley who has been an absolute star when the AA have caused me such stress and disappointment. Thank you !
