I was recommended to Jacksons Dental Care as I had not been to the dentist for years. I was extremely nervous on my first appointment but on entering Jill the receptionist helped to put me at ease, Tim and his assistant where also brilliant, explaining everything step by step. So happy with all my treatment done at Jackson’s Dental Care, Tim and Ellie and all the nurses are great at treating nervous patients. Big thanks to Gill on reception for being so kind and welcoming
I can highly recommend this Dentist, I am a nervous patient and have not been going to see anyone regularly because of this. From the minute you walk in the door Gill the receptionist is welcoming and lovey. Tim and Ellie are amazing, they explained the treatment plan and what needed to be done. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Something I never thought I would ever say!!!
I was initially referred to this dental practice by a family member who spoke very highly of Tim. After enrolling in their plan, I was disappointed by my experience with the receptionist, Gill. I recently had to cancel an appointment, providing the required 48-hour notice, but was met with sighs and an unhelpful response. Having had a bad experience many years ago with another practise and not having treatment for a long time I finally plucked up the courage to go to Jackson's and Tim and the team couldn't do enough for me making me feel comfortable and explaining the treatment and procedures and also popping upstairs for their brilliant hygienist to work her magic and after several visits they have all done an excellent job for me and have a customer for life. Also the cost of the treatment was very reasonable. 5from me.
