While my car was being washed my front bumper was scratch and paint is now peeling. This is a brand new car who's date of manufacturing what June 2016. Matthew Teneyck one of the operations managers for the company has been giving me the run around since July when the incident took place. I took time out of my schedule to go get an estimate to fix the bumper and @Jacksons Carwash refuses to accept responsibility for this at all. I would recommend never going to this carwash.
Just left this location. Very disappointed, I took many pictures of my still dirty interior. Why did I pay them if I had to go vacuum and wipe it down myself, in the parking lot! Right in front of 3 guys standing there watching me redo the job they just didn't complete.
Frustrated. Bad service. Poor communication. Not coming back.
Extremely understaffed for a Sunday. Worse than Danny's if that's possible. Won't be coming back.
This place is so much better than Danny's used to be! The customer service is on point, everyone is friendly and says 'hi' if you are within ear range, and they have been keeping me updated on the progress of my truck every few minutes. Good job!
The employees seem unorganized and extremely slow. Been here for over 45 minutes and still not done. I could understand if we were having the van detailed, but for a simple car wash???? Probably will be looking for a new place to get the vehicles washed
