Had to return 2 times to have things corrected. 1st, left the grease pencil on window, 2nd, inside still filthy. Dust on console, rear view mirror dirty, mats not cleaned. Went back again, drove away again, realized half these things still not done. Had to go to an appointment. Didn't have time for a THIRD try! place wasn't even busy. Two other cars there.
Do not come here! I paid $120 to get a full detail and I ended up getting money stolen out of my car. When I called, the manager took care of everything and claimed that the next time I come in, they would offer me $100 worth of detailing. He claimed his employee stealing money "wasn't the Jacksons way" and he wanted to fix it. I came in about a month later and there had been a change in managers. If I could give no stars, I would. I am so disappointed in this place. I've been going here since it was Danny's and then Jackson's. This last wash was HORRIBLE and then, to make it worse, they broke my wiper off my car and didn't tell me. It hasn't rained here until yesterday and my wipers went on and what do you know? Horrible service!! Dropped my car off at 730am and was told it was ready at 130pm. I went to pick it up and The "detailer" left my car full of wax smeared throughout the car, black trimming was white from wax, wheels were not even touched, one of the shampooed floor mats had black finger marks. I left the vehicle for another hour came back at 3pm and still wasn't done and no one was working on it. It took about another 30 mins to finish and it still was not right. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was loaded by Jacksons into the tunnel and put in park. They placed a large pickup behind mine that for minutes repeatedly banged into the back of my Jeep in the tunnel. The Jeep would lurch forward and then stop again, only to be rammed by the large pickup over and over. Over $1300 of damage and Jackson's won't resolve the issue. It’s not what it used to be. Today after waiting 45 minutes it had to be washed again. Too many shortcuts being taken for a 25 dollar wash. Not worth the drive from Mesa any longer. Both our cars will be washed locally from now on. Simply not good enough to Make me drive there any more and spend the extra. I used to recommend as the best wash around. Not so any more.
The guy vacuuming took forever and seemed extremely lazy. My car looked horrible and had water spots on it that I had to ask be removed. Each time they do a worse job than the previous time. I need to find another car wash.
I haven't been back in about 8 months due to terrible service. No matter if it's a saturday morning with 30 cars or a Monday at 10 am. It's at least an hour every time. I sit here and watch the cars just air dry and water spot. It's the worst wash ever. Defiantly not coming back. Cobblestone here I come. Not sure how these guys are still in buisness.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ENOUGH SAID! Had my car washed; got home and there was a mess on my roof; drive back to get my money back or some sort of assistance; the guy told me it was Sap and needed to be rubbed out, that they would use gasoline, and they would charge me an added charge for he service! HELL NO! Got home and my husband rubbed it off in seconds!
