I think they need more workers and less sales guys. Should have read all these previous reviews of the Happy Valley location. Pulled in at 1:15 pm. Guy told me that detailing was “slow” and gave me a “deal”. Now it is 2:45 and they just started on the car. What a waste of a perfectly good afternoon. Saw one woman so irritated that she threw a full blown fit over the service but a manager never did talk to her, just the poor cashier girl. Never ever again will I take my car here. We paid to have the seats shampooed they told us the car was done the seats were clearly not shampooed cuz they were bone-dry and filthy. Fortunately they took the car back and made the seats look very nice. However the rest of the car looks like absolute s***. you can see on the dash where they reach their arm in and halfway wiped it and then didn't wipe the rest. the windows are still filthy very strict and looks like it hasn't even been washed it all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Every time it’s a BAD experience. They put us in way close tot he car in front. When they exited the car wash the kid wiping windows held them up and the conveyor was going to push us into the SUV so I put my brakes on and the conveyor pushed the car behind us into us. The SUV drove off and the manager came running over so they knew something was up. They blamed the SUV and said over and over it’s not there fault. RecommendedI recommend NOT going to Jackson’s Car Wash at the Happy Valley Shell gas station for any detailing. I had a bad experience both times I went there. The last time I took my boyfriends car in to surprise him and they not only did a “meh” job, took FOREVER, but also stole something from his car. Everything was half assed and mediocre. I honestly hardly complain about my services. I’d only go there for the drive through car wash. Sorry not sorry. #Feelsbadman 🤷🏻♀️
