Great customer service! Truck was really grimy...now smells, and looks, clean and fresh.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst customer serve I’ve ever seen. They’re quick to take your money but be careful of their shady practices and a management staff who supposedly have no power to do anything
For all the people giving 1 star reviews head on over to Cobblestone at Alma School and Germann where your car will be half assed vacuumed and some places in the car missed completely then still dirty even after you comment to the service writer that you are there for the final time after your vehicle being returned a mess the last "3" times. First and last time here. Cars just sitting forever w/o being dried. There are five workers to dry and finish cars and they are literally walking around jumping from car to car. Massively disorganized. Patrons are just taking their cars and leaving w/o getting the windows done, etc. now have waited 30 minutes and not done yet.
The ONLY reason I go to this car wash is so the windshields will get cleaned. I'm short n fat and cant get it myself. Thankfully, they have installed free vacuums just outside, so you can go ahead and finish up your car yourself. They left popcorn on the floor, dirt and something that got spilled on the door, and never bothered to do the dash at all. They did manage to smear the film around the inside of the windshield, so I can tell that they at least made a lame attempt
They do not pay attention to detail, they hurry through the work, They break things on vehicles and leave interiors un touched. I stopped coming here about two years ago but decided to give them a shot today, never again
