Waited 1-1/2 hours. Inside of doors not cleaned. Tire shine not done on bed rails or running boards. 5 vehicles that came out after mine done before mine was done. Service gets worse and worse.
I was looking for a full detail on my 2014 Dodge Ram. I spoke with Matthew and he recommended the works. I'm a real stickler when it comes to car wash detailing. I was REALLY impressed. I am super disappointed in the car wash I received. My husband and I took both our cars in for an oil change and car wash. We spent over $220. We upgraded our car wash to the VIP selection. I was annoyed first of all because of all the up selling they tried to do but I get it, it’s their job. Then I was VERY UPSET when I got home and looked in the backseat of my car and it wasn’t touched at all. No vacuum. No wipe down. Nothing!
