While I believe the team at JoR may mean well, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent staff burnout made an already stressful process significantly worse. Avoid This Letting Agency at All Costs! Our experience with this agency was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite maintaining our two-bedroom house in excellent condition, they constantly found reasons to conduct excessive inspections—sometimes even twice a month!
