Zero stars for the service they provide to Abacus Building.. The lift is out of order more than 2+ months the last year.. Lifts breaks down every single week and they still say that it is safe for use.. 6+ weeks to source a part from Germany.. Joke.. Avoid at all costs

We used Jacksons to fully upgrade the lift at a retirement site. They provided an excellent service and the engineers on site were both professional and considerate to the residents. Highly recommended.
