This is the second time using Jackson and Grundy mortgage services, Louise helped us get our first home 6 years ago and made everything so easy so we had to use Louise again now we are moving. Just as before Louise and the team made everything so simple for us with their quick responses and continued communication with all lenders, solicitors etc. Louise has taken all the stress away from moving, thank you!
I cannot recommend this company enough. Before I spoke to Louise I had been passed to two different company’s with no luck or help. Louise was an absolute superstar. She was kind and understood what I needed from the start.We got meetings arranged in quick time. I Always had an immediate response from her if I asked questions and she got the job done within 2 weeks. She was helpful and knew what she was doing. I would absolutely recommend 100%. Louise is a breath of fresh air and would not go anywhere else.
Recently got a mortgage through Jackson Grundy financial services with Gen who has been amazing. Gen gave great explanations to all my questions of which there was many as a first time buyer. Also found excellent alternative solution when a change in circumstances occurred. No fee as well which is a massive plus.
