Disgusting place. I've lived here for over 2 years now, worst mistake of my life moving here. Forhousing are liars and cheats in my opinion. Alcohol and drug problems blite the place, assaults are a virtual daily occurance, police are never away from the place. Staff are of no help whatsoever in my experience. Pulled my emergency cord 3 times in quick succession, call was answered but just hung up, no one bothered to come and see if I was OK. Think twice before moving in here. Worst place ever. went to view the site and a look around for future reference
My dad is a resident here and we couldn't wish for him to be in a better place. The staff are very warm and friendly yet professional in their approach, the residents also made my dad feel welcome as soon as he started living there. Plenty of amenities and social gatherings so the residents can choose to do as much or as little as they like. Plus the biggest point being my dad loves it there and we feel confident in the knowledge he's being safely looked after.
