Your #1 in something. That would be the #1 hated commercial on the radio. I spend a lot of time driving and every time your annoying fire alarm commercial comes on, I want to destroy the radio in my truck. Take that obnoxious commercial off the radio please. I'm sick of it and would never look at one of your vehicles for the simple reason that I can't stand your commercial.
At Noon on June 23rd (a Friday), my new to me 2012 Jeep Wrangler was dropped off in my driveway with the gas light on AND the check engine light on. When I alerted my salesman (who happened to be the new car sales manager), he told me "I will check that out. We will get that looked at. Next week get with me." He blamed the "old" drivers for not paying attention when he told them to put fuel in it. And he took no initiative to fix the other more alarming problem any sooner than the following week.
