When my daughter told these people she was no longer interested in the vehicle she was looking at, they have continued to harass her with phone calls and texts!! She got one today and it’s been three weeks since she told them she was looking elsewhere! Lay off!

The help I got from Doug McFarland was great but watch out when you sign paper work or get warranties. They told me my warranty starts the day I purchase the vehicle for bumper to bumper which is 3 years or 36,000 miles just to find out that my warranty expired in July of this year now mind you I just bought this car in April of this year. How does the warranty expire that quick???? And when you ask about extending your bumper to bumper warranty they’ll tell you that you hv to pay $300 just to find out that they sell you an ... read more

Jackson family dealership helped my cousin find the perfect vehicle for him. They are unlike any dealership we've been to. You know how you go to dealerships and see the sales people and think "Oh god, here they are to try and jip me into a deal." But not with them. You actually wanted to sit and talk to them. My husband worked for this dealership in clinton, indiana been there 27 plus years loved the customers. Jackson's came in and bought the place. Then a little later fired him. Didn't give a reason. Hubby set in one mngers meetings and they said its about The money they don't care about their customers or employees.
This dealership is by far the nicest and best dealership my wife and I got connected with. After dealing with miles Chevrolet in Decatur for a solid week of procrastinating we finally decided to go else where so we went to Jackson family of dealership and they found us a great an beautiful 2017 Chevy Malibu.
