We were truly disappointed in our experience with this dealership. And have had continued issues even after purchasing a vehicle from them. They do not return phone calls and we are still waiting on a call back from the manager and it's been a couple weeks now. Very frustrated with this dealership!

I had such an amazing experience with Jackson when I bought my '13 Ford Fusion. Brian really worked with me to get my numbers where I wanted them and Jordyn gave me a TON of different options to choose from. I definitely felt more like a friend or a family member while I was there working with them. I'll definitely be back!

The wife and I had a horrible loan on our old car. They did above and beyond to help us get a better car and get out of that loan. If you are stuck in a bad place just go in and talk to them. They will do everything they can to help. I can’t thank them enough, my next car will definitely be from them. They are the best!
We love our Chevrolet Equinox! Doug McFarland was great! He was very attentive and worked patiently in finding the vehicle that suited our needs! We look forward to a long relationship while keeping our new baby in tip top condition! They will even pick up and deliver for maintenance from Mattoon, to accommodate our busy work schedules!
