We bought 2 vehicles within 3 months of each other. The 2012 Acadia was our dream car. When we got it home the air didn't work. Josh Roe, and Matt with service continuously worked hard to fix our problem with no charge to us. They always had a loaner car ready for me during the repair process. All I can say is I will no longer give this place my money or time. You installed some things for me and told me that you warranty your labor. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone who knows anything about this situation. When I bought my jeep from you (used) the salesman wasn't very pleasant to be around at all you could tell he wanted to rip me off because I'm 21. I didn't like the way he was treating us. The service was not good and we were lied to. All they cared about was us buying the car and they forgot about the service that came with it.
Wyatt Jenkins is the best! Everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. Wyatt took his time with us and got us the best deal. Thank you Wyatt for your time!!

I was in the process of purchasing a second brand new vehicle from Jackson within five months and when we we're trying to get the deal done i was told that the sale price tag that was in the truck wasn't right and the real price was $4000.00 more. I guess this will work on some but i will NEVER buy a car from this place again and I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone who's in need of a vehicle.
