RecommendedWe went in thinking I wanted a Compact SUV. Doug McFarland was great grabbing multiple keys for us to test fit. Realizing their compacts wasn't in my future he suggested a GMC Terrain. We test drove one and we didn't mind it. Doug was understanding with me wanting to still sit in other smaller cars. 24 hours later I was calling him back to say we wanted the Terrain. Whoever is in charge needs to reevaluate the service manager and the service department. They definitely won’t make it right when they make an obvious mistake. Put our kids lives in danger and offered no apologies. Not a family-friendly business.
I have had one issue after another with this dealership. The service department is terrible. They lie and can’t wait to screw you out of your money. I have had issues with this place starting the day after we bought our Journey there. Do not go to this dealership!
waste of time. say they can get you in a car without down payment and take your current car as trade but then go there and sit for 4 hours to go home and not hear from them again. then want to give 400 for the trade in. never going back.

This is my thought about Jackson Family of dealerships, they lie to you straight up. I applied for the driver position in Sullivan , and never did hear from them , they pretty much stated it was my job . But some how they lost my contact info .
Took my jeep into Matt Bly at service department this morning hoping to find out cause of the new noise before our long trip back to northwest Iowa. He took the time to squeeze us in, in between oil changes and found the problem and got us on our way. Thank you Matt and Thank you Jackson family dealership for the great service and treatment.
