Disappointed you have not changed the sales tax rate to the correct, slightly lower, rate as of Feb. 12. The food is ok but treating customers with that kind of disrespect when you know the rate changed, not sure I can trust you to cook my food.

Never had a bad meal here. I lived in Jackson many years and still have family in Jackson . I now live in NYC but when in town eat at this great establishment .
All good people working here,professional and friendly with plenty of good food being cooked by the best cook there is,the man himself, Francisco.
The table was a little small for our drinks and food, but the service was very good and the food was delicious, even though it's was very busy.
Great place. Reasonably priced great portions and fast friendly staff.
Always liked the diner. Friendly staff. I brought my mother in law there for lunch. Hard to get her out of house. Enjoyed the shrimp basket. Myself I love fish n chips. And by far yours were the best.
We love the Jackson Diner. Been going there since they opened and have never been disappointed! Great waitresses !!
