always Great food and service Never had a bad meal here
I’m not comfortable giving the Jackson Diner a negative review because I’ve been a steady customer for a few years. Yes, I really like the restaurant. However on August 1st it was once again apparent that the serving staff was out of synch and not working as team players. This resulted in me being ignored at the counter area. When it was obvious that I wouldn’t be receiving my salad I decided to go to the paying counter and ask to have my chicken parmesan dinner cancelled. Coffee was Good, the place is clean. The food was ok but nothing special. Went for breakfast.
