I went to Jackson Diner for the first and last time tonight. When I was just about halfway done with my onion soup, I realized there was a Corona bottle cap in my soup. When I asked the manager if they sold alcohol, he said no - the bus boys like to drink in the back. Classy...

Nice community based place to go for a bite at any time of day.
5 star. went yesterday with my Dad, sister and brother in law. The food was out of this world and huge servings, took some home. The waitress was excellent and the people were nice. The prices were amazing. The had the prime rib, which was huge and the sides come on their own plate, mashed potatoes and asparagus, the cream of turkey soup was excellent. Then rice pudding that I could not finish and unsweetened ice tea. Will be going again. Thank you. oh and the women all got a long stemmed carnation as we left.
Just had my best meal EVER here. And I've never had a meal I didn't like! Beef brisket with roasted red potatoes and creamed corn. Beef was butter tender and so flavorful! YUMMY!!
