Had breakfast here this morning, underwhelmed. Ordered Steak and eggs, menu stated 3 eggs, got 2, asked for medium on the steak got a well done brick that I almost knocked my coffee on the floor trying to cut through and the buttered rye toast was dry. Coffee was good. I have been told by other patrons to try JD again, might have just been a bad day.
Kira is hands down the most amazing waitress! My daughter looks for her every time we go. She provides spectacular service with such an upbeat and positive attitude every time!!
This was my first time at the Jackson diner and I have to say my experience was great! The food was perfect and our waitress was a sweetheart. My son could not stop Raving about the Mac and cheese which was adorable. I had the Texas burger and it was great. I am a coleslaw person and theirs was a hit for me! We will be back!
Great atmosphere and excellent food. Wait staff is very friendly. It's our "go to" place 👍🏼
I know we got our food without any problem and quickly they got a table right away and the food was very very good I had the Greek lasagna and Sean had a hamburger and you know how much he couldn't even finish that was very good
I love it me and my wife go there almost every other day with our kids food is great and everyone is very friendly and the coffee is really good
