Dine at the Jackson Diner about 2-3 times a week! Fabulous food and the nicest staff I've come across in years. Never had a bad meal...ever.
Dont eat here if you own a farm. They will kick you out. Very nasty people.
What nasty employees this place has working here. Horrible service
After I heard about my friends experience today at your diner, I, along with the rest of my family and friends will not be going here anymore. And you also lost the business of pretty much anyone that owns a horse (which for the record is a lot of people in Jackson).. How rude and disrespectful. That is horrible customer service and I will be sure to let others know. Instead of asking people to change their shoes maybe your employees should change their attitudes!
Disgusted by what i heard about the manager on duty today
I was going to have Jackson Diner cater for my friends surprise party but after hearing about what happened today, I will not do so. Nor will I be eating here again. There are many people in Jackson who own horses or work on farms, and you just lost a lot of business. How unprofessional and discriminating. The restaurant is decorated like the 1950s/1960s but the only resemblance to that era is discrimination. Absolutely disgusted. I will be eating at Mug Rack Friday mornings from now on.
The guy who told my friend that they couldnt eat there is always so rude and nasty!! I thought it was just me but I see other people have the same problem. Wont be eating here any more. There are other diners in the area who treat their customers with respect.
Been here over a dozen times always friendly clean and good food.
