They need to change their closing hours online it says 530 when I got here it closed at 430
If i can leave 0 stars i would! WAYNE CAMERON IS HORRIBLE! From the start he did not seem like he wanted to help me. Im very disappointed in his service today me and my sister felt like he was very racist! He gave us all the correct info so went right over to credit union in clinton and got approved! This man really should be fired I posted my review of him on facebook and everyone agreed as well!!! Do better if he cant help everyone ( even black people) with respect then maybe customer service is not the job for you.
Mr.Wayne is great!!!! I have been on a very stressful car search and he was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process!!I am very grateful we have people like him in the world!!!
Possibly the worse bank you could have. They never answer the phone and don’t care about customer needs. Then after 5 calls, tell you “it’s too late” to help you with problems you’ve encountered. If I work just as they should be working, they could’ve handled the problem this morning as intended. However they make you call back to back to finally get a phone call answered and tell you to just wait. The app is just as awful as the tellers and customer service.
